Puppy Updates

Raven 2022 / Update 12

It’s been a very busy few days for us all! Weaning is well under way and they are loving their introduction to food! We are on day 3 of worming today and that’s them done until they are 5 weeks old. 

In other news, we have now extended the pen so it is half vet bed and half pee pads. We are delighted to see the puppies moving over to do their business already, although a few accidents are still to be expected 😝

We have also commenced our desensitisation program too. Starting with background noises including household sounds and music. Scary sounds on low volume to start over the next few days too!

Raven 2022 / Update 11

Post feed playtime! We adore this stage when the puppies start getting up on their feet and exploring, it’s so cute 🥰

They are 3 weeks old tomorrow, where has the time gone already! Now that they are up on their feet and eyes open, we have introduced some toys into the box which they are starting to investigate and play with 😁

It will be a busy day for everyone tomorrow as we start the weaning process, which we anticipate will be a messy affair 😝 and they also have their first round of worming which we anticipate they won’t like 😅 pray for us!

Raven 2022 / Update 10

Post feed playtime for the puppies 🥰 they are finding their feet and their voices! Nearly everyone has their eyes open now too. Just waiting on Mr Yellow to open his fully.

Everyone continues to gain lots of weight. They are well and truly the chunkiest pups we’ve had 😝

Raven 2022 / Update 9

2 weeks old today! These chunky monkeys are growing fast and all thriving! 😁 now that they are big enough and becoming more mobile, we have taken the puppy rails out of the box to give them all more room.

Eyes are just starting to open now, Mr Green is the first 💚 expecting to see more over the next few days 🥰

Raven 2022 / Update 8

Here’s a montage of what happens every couple of hours 😝 lovely to see the chunks waddling around on their feet now too! We should start to get some eyes opening over the next few days as well 😁

Raven 2022 / Update 7

Happy 1 week to Raven’s gorgeous babies! 🥰 they have really gotten bigger the past couple of days and takes bit more manoeuvring to get everybody latched on now and make sure nobody misses out!

Raven continues to do a fantastic job caring for them all. She’s spending a little bit of time out of the box now, sleeping on the cool floor but still with the box in sight!
