We are proud to offer our exceptional Labradoodle stud, Jasper, for approved matings. Jasper is a proven 8th generation Standard Labradoodle with extensive health testing, an outstanding temperament, and rare French and Finnish bloodlines. We offer stud services to approved girls who meet health and suitability criteria, ensuring responsible and ethical breeding practices. to ensure high-quality, ethically bred Labradoodle puppies.
Jasper - F4 Stud
Jasper is our dark chocolate 8th generation Standard Labradoodle. A genuine F4 as his mother and father were both F3’s. He stands at 24 inches to the withers, weighs 26kg and has a beautifully soft, wavy fleece coat.
We spent many years planning the creation of the perfect stud dog to further the standard Labradoodle breed and Jasper really fits the bill! Jasper is a sweet natured, cuddly and gentle boy with a playful and sometimes clown like character. He also loves swimming and has done so since he was 3 months old.
Jasper brings fresh Labradoodle blood into the UK as his father is of French and Finnish origins. He is unrelated to the common chocolate breeding bloodlines here in the UK, so there should be very minimal (if any) ancestral crossovers with visiting bitches, however your girl’s and Jasper’s family tree will be discussed during initial contact to ensure the COI does not exceed 3.25%.
Jasper has been hip and elbow scored by the BVA with an excellent total hip score of 4, the lowest active hip scored standard Labradoodle stud in the UK. Jasper has also been extensively DNA tested for the relevant genetic disorders that can affect both Labrador Retrievers and Standard Poodles.

He carries two copies of the long coat and furnishings genes, ensuring that all of his puppies will have wavy/curly coats with full facial fur. Jasper’s dark chocolate gene is strong, having come from a jet black mother. So if you are looking to keep your chocolates dark, you’ve chosen the right stud!
We do not overuse Jasper, therefore early planning is advised in order for us to pencil your girl in the diary.
We require all breeders to have carried out relevant health tests on your bitch before her breeding season. We will only support and work with ethical and like minded breeders so will not accommodate any girls that are not DNA tested at a minimum. DNA testing is easy enough to do, with results in around 10 days via Animal Genetics UK. Hip and elbow scoring is strongly advised and like DNA testing, is also easy to do. This will be discussed if you are interested in using Jasper’s services. If you do need any help with this we are happy to advise.
Jasper’s fee of £500 covers two matings 48 hours apart and is payable upon your girl’s first visit. Please note; a slip tie is still considered as a successful mating. We do insist on progesterone testing or cytology to pinpoint the exact days to mate as every bitch is different and do not all follow the ‘day 11 & 13’ guide that is commonly recommended. We can advise on a highly experienced and accurate fertility clinic for progesterone testing and also someone that is a 5 minute drive from us who can perform cytology. Should your girl not fall pregnant, a free return on her next season will be provided after written confirmation of non pregnancy from your vet or qualified scanner has been received.
We will issue a receipt for the mating and you will be expected to sign a stud contract. We will provide full support throughout the pregnancy and can also guide you on the whelping and raising of a litter should you require.
